What we collect
We only collect what we need in order to answer you and to run this website:
We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
- What you send us. Your name, email address, phone number, company and the description of your project, when you fill in the estimate form, email us, or message us on WhatsApp.
- Technical information. Your browser type, device, approximate location and the pages you visited, collected through analytics.
- Cookies and similar storage. A small amount of information stored in your browser, for example to remember whether you chose light or dark mode.
How we use it
We use the information to reply to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, deliver a project you have hired us for, and to understand how this website is used so that we can improve it. We send marketing email only to people who have asked for it, and every such email carries an unsubscribe link.
Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent when you contact us or accept analytics cookies, on the performance of a contract when we are working with you, and on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our own website.
