YOUR WEBSITE IS THE FIRST SALES CONVERSATION

Most people decide whether to trust a business long before they speak to anyone from it. They search, they open three or four websites, and within a few seconds they have already formed an opinion about which one looks like it can handle their money. A website that loads slowly, looks dated or hides its prices and contact details loses that comparison quietly — you never find out which enquiries you did not get.

A custom website fixes that by doing three things at once. It explains what you actually do in language your customers use, it proves you can do it with real work and real results, and it makes the next step obvious on every page. That is a different job from simply looking modern, and it is why we start every project with your customers and your sales process rather than with a template.

We build on WordPress when your team needs to publish and edit content often, and on a modern headless stack when speed or complex integrations matter more. In both cases you get a site your team can run without calling a developer for every small change, and one that search engines can read properly from the first day it goes live.

WHAT DECIDES WHETHER A SITE WORKS

Three things separate a website that collects enquiries from one that simply exists.

Clarity

Saying the right thing first

Visitors give you a few seconds to explain what you do and who it is for. We write and design the top of every page around that, then let the proof — work, results, reviews — do the convincing further down. Most sites lose people before this point, not because of the design, but because the message is vague.

Website performance and Core Web Vitals
Speed

Loading before people leave

Every extra second costs visitors, especially on mobile data. We keep pages light, compress and size images correctly, load only the scripts a page needs, and check the result on a mid-range phone rather than a fast laptop.

Content management system with editable fields
Control

A site your team can actually run

A website that needs a developer for every price change goes stale within months. We set up the CMS with clear, labelled fields and hand it over with training, so your team can publish pages, edit content and launch campaigns without waiting on us.

WHAT YOU GET

Every website we build includes the things that decide whether it actually works — not just how it looks.

Custom design, not a template

Every screen is designed around your brand and your customers — wireframes first, then visual design you approve before a line of code is written.

Responsive on every device

Designed mobile-first and tested on phones, tablets and desktops, so the layout never breaks for the visitor who matters.

Built for speed

Optimised images, clean code and caching so pages load fast and pass Core Web Vitals — the same thing Google measures.

A CMS your team can use

WordPress set up the simple way, with clear fields and a short handover session — so you can edit pages without calling a developer.

SEO-ready from day one

Clean structure, proper headings, meta tags, schema markup, sitemap and fast loading — the technical base search engines need.

Support after launch

We do not disappear at launch. Updates, backups and small changes are available as a monthly care plan.

A website is the only salesperson you have that works every hour of every day.

WEBSITES WE DESIGN

Different businesses need different things from a website. These are the types of projects we take on most often.

Business & corporate websites

The site most companies need: clear services, proof, and an easy way to get in touch. Usually 8–20 pages with a blog and a contact flow.

Online stores

Product pages, filters, a checkout that works on a phone, and the payment, shipping and stock tools behind it. Built on Shopify or WooCommerce.

Landing pages for campaigns

A single focused page for an ad or launch, written and designed around one action, so you are not paying for clicks that go nowhere.

SaaS & product websites

Marketing site plus pricing, documentation and sign-up flows, built to explain a product quickly and get people into a trial.

Booking & service websites

Clinics, studios, agencies and consultants — where the site has to show availability and take an enquiry or booking without a phone call.

Multi-language & multi-region

One site serving several countries or languages, with the right URL structure so search engines show the correct version.

WHICH PLATFORM IS RIGHT FOR YOU

We are not tied to one tool. In the first call we recommend the option that fits your team and your budget, and explain why.

WordPress

Best when your team needs to edit pages, blogs and landing pages often.

Headless / Next.js

Best when you need maximum speed or a site that connects to other systems.

WooCommerce

WordPress plus a full store, when content and selling live in one place.

Custom build

When your workflow is unusual and off-the-shelf tools get in the way.

HOW A PROJECT RUNS

Five clear stages, with something to review at the end of each one.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We learn your business, your customers and what the site has to achieve. You get a scope, a timeline and a fixed estimate.

  2. 02

    Structure & wireframes

We map the pages and what each one needs to say, so the design solves a real problem instead of guessing.

  3. 03

    Design

You see the actual screens and give feedback. Nothing gets built until you are happy with how it looks.

  4. 04

    Build & content

We build the site, connect the CMS and add your content. You get a staging link to review as it comes together.

  5. 05

    Launch & handover

We test, migrate and launch carefully, then walk your team through editing the site themselves.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

A typical business website runs 4–8 weeks end to end. Larger sites with many templates, integrations or content writing take longer, and you get a dated plan before we start.

Stage Typical time What you receive
Discovery & scope 3–5 days Scope document, sitemap, fixed estimate
Structure & wireframes 1 week Page structure and wireframes for key templates
Design 1–2 weeks Designed screens for every template, desktop and mobile
Build & content 2–3 weeks Staging link you can review as pages are finished
Testing, launch & handover 3–5 days Live site, speed and SEO checks, training session

WHAT A WEBSITE COSTS

There is no single price, because no two projects have the same scope. After a free 30-minute call you get a fixed estimate with a clear list of what is included.

Get your estimate
  • What moves the price
  • The number of pages and how many are custom-designed
  • Whether content and images are ready or need to be created
  • Integrations — CRM, booking, payments, ERP
  • Multi-language or multi-region versions
  • Whether you need ongoing care after launch

SIGNS YOU NEED A NEW WEBSITE

If more than two of these sound familiar, the site is costing you enquiries every month. Sometimes the answer is a full rebuild; sometimes a focused <a href="/website-redesign" class="ep-svc-inline-link">redesign</a> is enough, and we will tell you honestly which one you need.

Ask for an honest opinion
  • Common warning signs
  • It takes more than three seconds to load on a phone
  • You cannot change a price, a photo or a paragraph without a developer
  • Visitors arrive but almost nobody fills the enquiry form
  • It looks dated next to the competitors you are pitching against
  • It was built for desktop and the mobile version is an afterthought
  • It runs on an old theme or plugins that no longer get security updates

WEBSITE DESIGN QUESTIONS

The questions we are asked most before a website project starts.

Still have a question? Ask us on WhatsApp
It depends on the number of pages, how much is custom-designed, and which integrations you need. After a short discovery call you get a fixed estimate with a clear scope, so there are no surprises later.
A typical business website takes 4–8 weeks from discovery to launch. Larger sites with many templates or integrations take longer. You get a timeline with milestones before we start.
Design first. You approve wireframes and then the visual design before development starts, so you always know what you are getting.
Yes. We set up the CMS with clear, simple fields and give your team a handover session, so everyday edits do not need a developer.
We can. Many clients send us their content, and for others we write it with you during the project. Tell us which you prefer and we will include it in the estimate.
You can take the site fully in-house, or keep us on a monthly care plan for updates, backups, security monitoring and small improvements.
Yes. We work with clients across 15+ countries and run projects over email, WhatsApp and video calls, with meeting times that suit your timezone.
Often, yes. If the structure is sound we can redesign and rebuild on top of it and keep your rankings. If it is built on something outdated, a fresh build is usually cheaper than patching it.
Not if the migration is handled properly. We keep your URL structure where possible, redirect the pages that change, carry over titles and meta descriptions, and check everything after launch.
You do — the design, the code, the domain and the hosting account are yours. We hand over every login at the end of the project.
We can set up and manage hosting for you, or work with the provider you already use. Either way the accounts stay in your name.
