We keep the content of this website as accurate as we can, but it is provided for general information. Timelines, inclusions and prices described here are indicative; the scope and price of any actual project are set out in the written estimate we send you after a call.
Case studies describe work carried out for clients. Some figures are provided by those clients and some are marked as placeholders pending confirmation.
Intellectual property
The design, text, code and graphics of this website belong to us or our licensors, except for client names, logos and product images, which belong to the respective owners and are shown with permission or as fair reference to work carried out.
For client projects, ownership of the work we produce transfers to the client as set out in the project agreement, normally on final payment.
Enquiries and estimates
Submitting the form on this website, emailing us or messaging us on WhatsApp does not create a contract. An estimate becomes binding only when it is accepted in writing by both sides.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, including loss of profit, business or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
